We can host a variety of parties including:
Birthday parties, anniversaries, engagement parties, graduation parties, retirement parties, baby showers, bridal showers, large dinner parties, cocktail parties, holiday parties, graduation, reunions, farewell, surprise, corporate and business parties, and many more!
There is a minimum number of 30 people in your party to book private parties.
An initial deposit of 25% deposit is required and must be received with the signed contract to reserve the room for private parties. The deposit is based on the estimated number of guests in attendance and menu selection.
Yes! We welcome decorations, such as flowers, favors etc. We do not allow anything to be applied to the walls or building that will cause damage. No glitter or confetti. Guests are welcome to set up decorations one hour prior to all private parties. Shaggy’s is not responsible for setup of any decor items brought in.
Shaggy’s has speakers that plays our house music. Guests are welcome to bring outside speakers provided the music is radio cut and follows volume regulations. We do not provide audio visual equipment.
At this time, we are not able to offer substitutions from our main menu. This excludes any dietary restrictions, such as allergies, vegetarian and gluten free offerings.
Full payment is due upon the completion of your event, including food, beverage, 20% gratuity, taxes, fees, and any additional costs (ie: room charges if your party goes over the 2½ hour room rental block, open bar tab, additions to your food order).
The initial quote sent does not reflect the actual spend. Should the purchases at the event not meet the minimum, the variance will be charged as a private dining fee.
Glad you asked! While we do not currently accept reservations, we offer a technology all of our restaurants that allows you to view our wait times and join the waitlist remotely in the instance there is a wait. We encourage party sizes larger than 30 to complete the private party request form and will do our best to accommodate large groups.
We sure do! Once you complete the private parties form online, one of our event bookers will reach out to you to get all the skinny on your party to ensure everyone is well-fed and happy!
With the exception of a cake, we do not allow outside food. Shaggy’s must provide all of your food & beverage items. We are happy to cut and serve your cake.
At this time, we do not provide food for off-site catering events.
Thanks for asking! We do ask that you provide us with a final headcount and a menu selection ten (10) days before your event. The private party space/room cannot be reserved until we receive your deposit and signed contract.
Private Parties are booked in 2½ hour blocks. Events longer than 2 ½ hours are subject to additional room rental fees and vary based on date and time. Guests can access the private event space no more than one hour before the contracted start time.
If you're familiar with Shaggy's, then you're aware that we offer both indoor and outdoor dining in our open-air concept. We also have private party areas available at each of our locations and will strive to ensure that your event is a success. Shaggy's on the Rez has a fully private party space upstairs.

BILOXI BEACH
Shaggy’s Biloxi Beach, located directly on the beautiful Biloxi Beach, offers a fun island ambiance, great food and fun for your family. From the delicious seafood, margaritas, and fun atmosphere, to the breathtaking water views of the Gulf of Mexico, Shaggy’s is a favorite destination for locals and vacationers.

Shaggy’s Pensacola Beach, the HIGHEST rated restaurant on the beach is located on Little Sabine Bay, across from the Boardwalk, just a half-mile inside the tollbooth!

Shaggy’s Gulfport Beach, on Hwy 90 just a half mile East of Hwy 49, has fresh seafood favorites and unbeatable Gulf Coast views. Guests have the option to rent out the entire restaurant, the boat house, or part of the restaurant.
